Returns & Refund policy

It can happen that your order arrives damaged or is delivered incorrectly. In the event of an incorrect delivery, you can return the products free of charge. We will then refund the purchase amount including the shipping costs of the forwarding within 14 days.

In addition, you always have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your products if necessary. In this case, the costs for the return shipment will be for your account.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we have therefore drawn up an instruction for returning your order. To make your return as smooth and easy as possible, we therefore ask you to take the following steps:

  • Log in with your account on our webshop and go to your orders. Then click on the delivered order that you wish to (partly) return.
  • Select the items you want to return and then confirm your return request.
  • Pack the items well and securely. Preferably in the original packaging, with the cardboard inlay that is supplied as standard in the original packaging.
  • Put the original packing slip back in the package.
  • Clearly state the received return address on the outside of the box/packaging (on the largest side).
  • Go to a PostNL service point and hand in the package (frank if necessary).
  • Ask for a ‘shipping receipt’ and keep this until your return has been fully processed.
  • After receipt of the item, it will be assessed whether it meets the return conditions. If this is the case, all amounts already paid to us (including the shipping costs for the forwarding) will be refunded as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the entire return process takes some time. It can therefore take about a week before you receive a message from us with our promotion. If you have not received a response from us after 7 working days, please contact us.

Return conditions

The item must be exchanged or returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and preferably in the original packaging.

  • In case of breakage, please contact our customer service.
  • When the beers are opened, the product can no longer be sold and the depreciation is 100%. We can then no longer take it back.
  • If you have gone further than is legally allowed to assess the product, we can withhold/claim the depreciation that has arisen as a result.
  • After receiving the item, you have 14 days to return the items.
  • We will make the refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your return.
  • You will receive a refund of all amounts already paid to us, including the shipping costs for the outward shipment. Refunds are made in the same way as you paid.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage to returned items.

Refund

If the return shipment meets the return conditions set out above and you want your money back (instead of resending the order due to, for example, breakage), all amounts already paid to us, including the shipping costs for the outbound shipment, will be refunded as soon as possible. The costs for the return shipment are for your account.

Cancel order

Because we want to deliver your placed order as quickly as possible, we immediately start packing your beer packages as soon as the order has been placed. As a result, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order. The best thing to do if you really don’t want the beer packs is to return them via the instructions above.

Order received with damage

In this case, please contact our customer service. We will then help you with handling and returning the product. We will then ask you to take pictures of the return shipment, see below:

5 photos of the return shipment:

  • 1 photo of the outer packaging of the shipment with the shipping label visible.
  • 1 photo of the inner packaging, with the contents and protective material inside the package clearly visible. Tip: make sure your customer still has this. It is one of the conditions of PostNL.
  • 3 photos of the articles. This means 1 photo of all articles together and 2 detailed photos.

If only the box is damaged, but the bottles are not, there is no need to contact us and we recommend that you open one and enjoy those delicious kneiters.
